- UPDATE - 3/3/2010 This notice is to provide an update to the current status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for solicitation number GS-09P-10-KT-C-0027 for the referenced project at the San Ysidro LPOE in San Diego, CA. The RFP was released to the pre-qualified firms on Tuesday March 2, 2010. The RFP detailed the proposal requirements that will need to be submitted in order to be considered/evaluated for the project. The following items GSA would like to highlight: • RFP Request Deadline: The deadline for project RFP requests will be Wednesday March 17, 2010 at 3:00pm PST. Those requests received after this deadline will not be granted. Requesters seeking the RFP must have ALL the requirements met in the initial notice prior to this date as well. • Pre-Proposal/Small Business Outreach Conference: Thursday March 18, 2010 at 1:30pm PST Schwartz Federal Building, 1st Flr. Jury Assembly Room 880 Front Street San Diego, CA, 92101 • Technical Evaluation Factors: Evaluation Factor 1 - Key Personnel Evaluation Factor 2 - Project Management Plan Evaluation Factor 3 - Experience Evaluation Factor 4 - Oral Interview Evaluation Factor 5 - Past Performance The technical evaluation factors are of equal importance to one another. • Receipt of Offers: Friday April 16, 2010 by no later than 3:00pm PST GSA, PBS, Design & Construction Division (9PCE) 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor West San Francisco, CA 94102 ATTN: Chris Lee
