- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that modification 8to contract NNJ09JD51C was issued to update the contract specifications for the purposeof reapplying protective plastic that has become debonded by leaking water from thedamaged roof in Building 10. The plastic needs to be adhered to ceiling tiles to containdust caused by roof repair activity. <P>NNJ09JD51C is a firm fixed price contract that was awarded to RYCARS Construction, LLC ona competitive basis.
