- Modification 07: This is a modification to subject solicitation posted in FEDBizOpps on 25 January 2010. Opening date and time is changed to 08 March 2010. Complete Statement of Work and associated documents can be downloaded at https://doc.campbell.army.mil under subject Solicitation Number. All responsible concerns may submit an offeror that will be considered by this agency. Basis for award will be awarding a contract to the best valued offeror that is considered to be most advantageous to the government in accordance with the evaluation factors in the solicitation.
