- 'RECOVERY' THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE U.S. FISH AND WIILDLIFE SERVICE'S COST SHARING INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT.The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service contemplates entering into negotiation with Ducks Unlimited Inc., the Cost Sharing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractor and to award a Firm Fix Price Task Order (40181RQ083) for the Design/Build Services for three (3) Santee National Wildlife Refuge Wetland restoration projects. The restoration projects are at the following three (3) project sites:FFS Project site #1: #R4MM, Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) number: TAS::14 1613::TAS for the Raising of existing perimeter dike and construction of a new dikes located at Santee National Wildlife Refuge, Cuddo Unit wetland (Claredon County). FFS Project site #2: #R4MH, Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) number: TAS::14 1613::TAS for the Replacement of three (3) existing and addition of five (5) new aluminum culvert riser-type water control structures at the Santee National Wildlife Refuge, Bluff Unit wetland (Claredon County). FFS Project site #3: #R4BG, Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) number: TAS::14 1613::TAS for the Replacement of pump and repair of existing and installation of new bulkhead at the Santee National Wildlife Refuge pumping station, (Claredon County). The Scope of Work to be performed is to provide personnel, materials, equipment, labor, tools and incidental items for the Design/Build Services for three (3) Santee National Wildlife Refuge Wetland restoration projects. The contractor is to The NAICS code is 237990. Estimated price range is $300,000.00 to $600,000.00. The RFQ will be issued electronically on or after March 9, 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fbo.gov. The Response Date will be determined upon release of the RFQ.
