- Notice of Intent: The Bureau of Reclamation, Montana Area Office, Yellowtail Unit intends to award to Big Horn County Electric Cooperative a purchase requirement for Power Service Installation. The proposed action is for construction for which the Government believes that there is only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirement. A Justification for Other than Full and Open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is March 19, 2010. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237130; with a small business size standard of $33.5 million.
