- The U.S. Census Bureau intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with Robert Parker to provide advice and assistance on specialized statistical, methodological, technical, and design subjects relating to Economics Program Directorate’s proposed Enterprise Statistics Program, and especially design a new enterprise classification system. The estimated value of this requirement is $100,000 and will be for a period of April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. Interested parties may provide capability statements electronically, via email to Ms. Tanisha Contee in the Acquisition Division at Tanisha.L.Contee@census.gov by March 18, 2010, 3:00 pm Eastern time. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract may be issued to Robert Parker without further notice.
