- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: W912ES-07-D-0005, HDR Engineering, Inc. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, intends to award a firm fixed price task order for preparing a Definite Project Report with an Integrated Environmental Assessment for the Lock and Dam 3 Fish Passage Habitat Rehabilitation and Enhancement Project, Mississippi River. This task order will be awarded against an existing Indefinite Delivery Contract, which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect/Engineer, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.
