- RFQ-TCC-10-0010 Enclosed is the Bureau of the Public Debt's (BPD) Request for Quotation (RFQ) number RFQ-TCC-10-0010 for the brand name Percussion CM System Enterprise Edition Software License & maintenance renewal for one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Brand name justification shall be made available upon request. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted by noon, March 5, 2010 ET to psb3@bpd.treas.gov referencing the above RFQ number to the attention of S. Barker in the subject line of your email. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be answered. You are prohibited from communicating directly with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's personnel about this procurement action. Proposals must be submitted electronically to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov before 2:00 p.m. ET March 10, 2010 referencing the above RFQ number to the attention of S. Barker in the subject line of your email. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure/confirm timely receipt of the proposal. Interested parties may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
