- HUBZONE SET ASIDE NAICS CODE 561730. This notice is to announce a U.S Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, requirement for a Boundary Marking Services contract. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, work scheduling, records maintenance, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies and equipment to perform Boundary Maintenance on three management areas in the Atchafalaya Basin Floodway System. The work includes brush clearing, locating, painting, and driving Carsonite posts. All work will be performed on the USACE fee lands known as the Indian Bayou Area, Bayou des Ourses, and Shatters Bayou. These areas are located in St. Landry, St Martin, Iberville, Point Coupee, and St Mary Parishes. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 17 February 2010. Estimated bid opening date is 17 March 2010. Actual date will be shown when the solicitation is issued. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). You can access these files from a link located on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov).
