- 55 CONS/LGCZ, Offutt AFB, NE intends to award a 2 month sole source extension to Booz Allen Hamilton under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2301(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall continue to provide support in the development, integration and implementation of innovative interdisciplinary strategies that narrow the search space for key terrorism-related targets. This effort supports related activities being performed by other entities of the Intelligence and Counterterrorism communities. These are highly unique and specialized developmental efforts geared toward improving U.S. Intelligence capabilities by applying a sophisticated blend of toolsets to provide various capabilities, including data mining, data validation, data visualization, data storage, node analysis and link analysis with a very specialized focus on geospatial and temporal processes and methodologies. Support requires security clearances at the Top Secret-Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) level. The follow-on effort is currently being worked by another contracting office against a different contract vehicle as part of a new requirement. Transition to the new contract is anticipated by 9 May 10. Therefore, the Government intends a two month extension of the current task order (10 Mar 10 through 9 May 10) to allow time for complete transition. If your company can provide the Skope services at full performance starting 10 Mar 10 through 9 May 10, provide a capability package to the Contracting Office and a copy to the Contract Specialist by the response date, 8 Mar 10. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposal or a solicitation for offerors.
