- RECOVERYRestore the District of Columbia War Memorial, Preparation of the RFP documents for Design Build Services and completion of compliance requirements.NAMA 150359TAS::14 1041::TASNAICS: 541310 This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requiremetns of the Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Hord Coplan Macht is the designer of record on this project and this work builds on the original design. In compliance with FAR 6.303 and 6.304 and under authority of 41 USC 253c(1), the required preparation of bridging documents for the design build is deemed available only from the Architect/Engineer of Record. The work to be performed includes preparing the design-build RFP specifications and design criteria, to include the NPS Project Sustainability Checklist, Draft Scope of Work, Draft Contract Price Schedule and Draft Design-Build Constructability Checklist. This work is a continuation of the existing design work by HCM.
