- Special Notice RECOVERY- This Notice Is Provided For Informational Purposes Only. This opportunity is available to the contractors under the existing Indefinite Delivery & Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services, GSA Great Lakes Region - Region 5. This notice is not a notice for solicitation or offers. Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Swing Space Build-out at the Federal Office Building, located at 212 Third Avenue South, in Minneapolis, Minnesota 55111. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for the Swing Space Build-out for the Military Enlistment Processing Station (MEPS) at the Federal Office Building, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The CMc will be responsible for providing preconstruction services, construction management services, and construction services for this project.
