- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote (RFQ) for the required supplies and services as required by solicitation N00189-10-T-0081 and conducted using FAR Part 13. There are twelve attachments to this combined synopsis and solicitation, to include, Attachment 1 - Price Spreadsheet, which can be obtained directly from this contracting office. All other copies of attachments 2-12 are unchanged from prior request for quotes, therefore offerors do not need to request them. All new potential offerors need to contact the FISC Norfolk Contract Specialist identified herein for Attachments 1-12. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDTC-Requirements) type contract for the following: CLIN 0001 Husbanding Services Provider in support of USS HURRICANE PC-3 for a port visit to SAVANNAH, GA. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) therein. Pricing shall be completed in accordance with Attachment 1, Pricing Spreadsheet.
