- Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to competitively award a firm fixed price construction contract on a lump sum basis for various construction work comprising of road and fence work at the upper area Access Control Point (ACP) at Wetzel Kaserne, U.S. Army Garrison, Baumholder, Germany. Magnitude of Work: between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Request for Quotations (RFQ) W912CM-10-T-0086 will be issued on or about 22 March 2010 The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Web Site where they will be available for downloading by interested parties. IMPORTANT: Bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base at time of submission of bids.
