- NAICS Code: 813920 NAICS Code: 83920, the purpose of this amendment is to provide answers in response to the questions received regarding the RFQ. Question #1: Performance Objective 7 states that training should be made available to all laboratory staff members. Can you provide any general information about the number of staff expected to attend each session? Answer: BEAD anticipates an average class size of 20 staff members for each of the three separate lab training sessions. Question #2: Do all three of the Labs follow the same Quality System, excluding technical Standard Operating Procedures? Answer: Yes, the laboratories are all subject to the Biological and Economic Analysis Division's overarching Quality System as outlined in the Quality Management Plan (QMP); however, each laboratory also documents and maintains its own Quality Management Plan, which is contained in the Division's QMP appendix.
