These export commercial Night Vision Devices are to be used to conduct GROUND operations. The US ARMY CECOM LCMC intends to acquire 60 each AN/PVS-7 Night Vision Goggle 1250 FOM, including the following accessories: Sacrificial Window, Helmet Mount Assembly, Soft Carrying Case, two (2) each Demist Shield, Lens Paper, two (2) each Lens Cap, Shoulder Strap, Neck Cord, Two (2) each Alkaline Batteries, and Operators Manual. Salient Characteristics: The export commercial AN/PVS-7 Night Vision Goggle includes the following: Battery 2AA or BA-5567, Battery life approximately 40 hours, Field of View 40 degrees Dimensions 16.5X15.25x7.6 cm Weight 680 grams (1.5lbs) Magnification 1x Generation II Resolution 51 lp/mm Focus Range 0 to infinity Must not have a wrap around gated power supply with autogating feature Minimum for Tube Signal to noise Ratio = 18 Minimum Tube Resolution= 45 Please state delivery ARO. Other information/requirements: 1. Figure of Merit must not exceed 1250 FOM, minimum for Tube Signal to noise Ratio of 18 and minimum Resolution of 45. 2. If you are a reseller/distributor you must disclose the manufacturer of the Tubes. 3. Please state delivery ARO. 4. If you are a reseller/distributor you must disclose the manufacturer of the AN/PVS-7 and the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. 5. Please respond if you can ship requirements no later than 15 March 2010 and have these requirements be in country of Montenegro no later than 31 March 2010. 6.
