- PR IQC09343009052. This solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-547-6387, Filter, Infrared Light. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-10-R-0305, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, 30 days ARO. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated December 11, 2009, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable for this NSN. Economic Pricing Adjustment (EPA) is not applicable and offerors will be required to provide pricing and delivery for the base year and each option period. NSN is not a Critical Safety Items per SAP review on December 11, 2009. Approved source is CAGE 0BJZ8, P/N FM-13. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 1,224 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 306 EA and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Certified cost or pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on December 11, 2009.
