- S--Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services at the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Station, 6182-B Old Franconia Rd, Alexandria, VA. Period of Performance shall begin 01 March 2010 through 30 September 2011. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a site visit prior to submittal of bid. This visual inspection will more than likely have an effect on the way prospective bidders will prepare their estimate for the work to be performed. This requirement NAICS is 561720 and the size standard is $17.0 million. It is currently set-aside for small businesses only. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the statement of work included in the request for quotation bid package that can be obtained from the Corp s' website. Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a quote. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractor's requests for this solicitation must be performed through ASFI. Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors; you must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to receive a government contract award. Available thru Federal Business Opportunities System (https://www.fbo.gov/index) The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 01 February 2010, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System (https://www.fbo.gov/index).
