The Government will utilize the information provided only to develop the acquisition strategy for future requirements. This RFI is being conducted pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is developing a requirement for video recording capability. All contractor personnel will be required to have a minimum security clearance of TS / SCI and be deployable. Interested parties are requested to submit their comments to the proposed requirements. Vendors are requested to provide a capabilities statement of no more than 10 pages in length that demonstrates the respondents ability to provide experience and advance skills in video recording and video library management. Failure to respond to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future associated RFP that may be issued. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: www.fbo.gov.
