- The United States Government seeks to lease general office space consisting of approximately 4,680 rentable square feet within the delineated area of the city limits of Sisseton, SD. The space should yield between 3,500 and 4,500 usable square feet. There is no parking requirement for the space. The proposed leease is for 20 years, ten years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 15, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
