- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN SACRAMENTO, CA STAR #: 9CA2441 The United States Government seeks expressions of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies, and is seeking interest for approximately 6,274 rentable square feet, yielding 5,456 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space. The office shall be first class office space and be located in a new or modern office building that projects a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Government will require six (6) Outside parking spaces. Occupancy would be required by no later than 11/30/2010. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. LOCATION: North: Folson Boulevard East: Hazel Avenue South: Jackson Road (Highway 16) West: Howe Avenue REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Fully serviced leases are sought. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. Additionally, various security enhancements shall also be required. Amenities of retail shops, banks, and restaurants shall be available within 2 miles form the building. TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. OWNERS AND AGENTS: This is an expression of interest for available space, NOT an invitation to bid.
