- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. ASOLICITATIONDOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. It is theintent of Southwestern Power Administration to issue a sole source contracttoPlatts for the CSV Subscription and the Mark to Market Power Package. M2Mis asource for energy cost data forecasts from the North American wholesalepowermarkets delivered monthly. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The determinationbythe government not to compete the proposal action based upon reponses tothisnotice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Comments to thisnotice may be furnished to jeremy.chea@swpa.gov and should reference theabovenumber.
