- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912P9-10-C-0411, Construction of Red Rock Landing Phase V, Upper Mississippi River Miles 105.0 to 90.0. This requirement is a Firm-Fixed Price. Period of Performance is 360 calendar days from time of notice to proceed. The work consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials and performing all work in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and schedules in connection with extending existing existing dikes, construction of new chevrons, construction of new weirs and appurtenant operations in connection with this section of the specifications and the applicable drawings.
