- RFI Afghan National ID Program The Kabul Regional Contracting Center is conducting market research in an effort to identify sources capable of providing personnel to staff biometric enrollment positions for the Afghan NID Program. The Afghan NID Card Program is the main program of the Ministry of Interior. The program requires up to one thousand (1000) Afghan nationals to perform biometric data collections (at least 165 per week for 6 weeks). A 4 day training course will be provided.
