- RECOVERY—RAINBOW CREEK DRAINAGE STRUCTURE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES, OLYMPIC NF THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) PROCUREMENT This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the USDA, Forest Service, Region 6 contractor pool of indefinite quantity engineering contracts for bridge design and related specialty work. The Forest Service, EROC-NW will complete this acquisition using the FAR Part 36.6 short selection process. No solicitation documents will be issued. This notice meets the requirements of FAR 5.201. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is for design of a drainage structure [and associated roadway] located across Rainbow Creek on the Olympic National Forest and related engineering services.
