RECOVERY – Audit of the Department of State Hard Skills Training Center Funded by the Recovery Act THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) PROCUREMENT In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub. L. 111-5. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, IAW FAR 5.704, PUBLICIZING - PREAWARD. THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY, LABOR HOUR TASK ORDER UNDER THE EXISTING DEPARTMENT OF STATE PROFESSIONAL AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES CONTRACT: LEONARD G. BIRNBAUM. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The overall objective is to evaluate major Phase I deliverables that include the following (sub) objectives : (1) producing a Master Plan, (2) acquiring and securing a site, (3) and completing the first phase of the design and construction of a consolidated training facility. The period of performance for this project is for one year starting from the date of award of this task order.
