- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This work required under this requirement is to furnish all necessary plant, equipment, and diving personnel to perform underwater inspection, clean and check the intake and draft tube gate at Robert S. Kerr Powerhouse, Sallisaw, Oklahoma. This acquisition is being advertised as a Commercial Item under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Solicitation is restricted to 100% set aside small business. This Solicitation will be distributed using Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. Request for information on past contract must be requested through FOIA. FOIA information is located at http://www.swt.usace.army.mil. Contractors must be registered and current with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government contract.
