- *****RECOVERY ACT***** THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY and is limited to the below listed Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses pursuant to the authority set forth in 38 USC 8127. This procurement is a total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and will ONLY be competed among the existing VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contractors. Following is a list of those contractors: VA261-C-0411 AMVETCO Construction VA261-C-0414 Falcon Builders & Developers VA261-C-0412 KOO Construction VA261-C-0413 BVB Construction VA261-C-0406 IME-ACC Inc. VA261-C-0422 Patriot Construction VA261-C-0419 SF & Associates VA261-C-0470 D.E. Erhard Construction VA261-C-0282 Ellery Group & Ratto Construction, LLC VA261-C-0420 Herrera Engineering VA261-C-0415 Joseph Murphy Construction VA261-C-0416 Pulliam Construction VA261-C-0418 Total Team Construction VA261-C-0421 Bexar-Advance Solutions Group, LLC A subsequent solicitation will be issued on or about March 5, 2009, for the above listed IDIQ Contractors and a contract will be awarded to the selected IDIQ Contractor to perform the work. This is a Design-Build effort. Contractor will provide all design and construction services required for the modification of an existing area of Building 1D for an Urgent Care Center and Police Service. All criteria will be listed in the solicitation. Performance will take place at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, 1000 Locust St., Reno, NV. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220, with Small Business Size Standard of $33,500,000. Construction estimate is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 18, 2010 at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, Building 1, Room 1D197, beginning at 10:00AM
