Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION OR STATEMENT OF WORK AVAILABLE. The office of Mission Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting at Fort Polk, Louisiana solicits for Capabilities Statement from all qualified and interested parties for Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a) firms, and HUBZone Small Business firms for a possible requirement for Uninterruptible Power Systems at Air Field in Fort Polk, LA. The contractor shall provide maintenance and repairs for an Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) with certified technicians and all necessary personnel to perform maintenance service. The contractor is responsible for replacement of batteries and functionality tests and system performance. All testing must meet EPA requirements and must be documented in a written report. Interested contractors shall include the following information in their Capabilities Statement: a) Socio-economic category with proof of certification in CCR b) Limited references of past and/or recent projects of same or like services, and magnitude. c) UPS Technicians Certifications and Licensing. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811219. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). The contractor must have the capability to submit payment requests using the following electronic form: Wide Area WorkFlow-Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). Information regarding WAWF-RA is available on the Internet at https://wawf.eb.mil. The Capabilities Statement for this Sources Sought is not expected to be a proposal, but rather short statements regarding the companys ability to demonstrate existing-or-developed expertise and experience in relation to Uninterrupted Power Systems. This synopsis is for information purposes only and is neither to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of the sources sought. Responses must be received no later than March 08, 2010 by 3:00 p.m., CENTRAL TIME.
