Description

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CURRENT CONTRACTORS ON THE GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) under SIN # 246 42 2. This is not a request for quotations. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 238220 with a size standard of $14 million. Work shall consist of the replacement of two (2) existing steam boilers with three (3) packed high efficiency steam boilers. The new boilers shall have sufficient redundancy such that the loss of any one boiler will still provide capacity to meet 80% of the building's peak load. The combined performance shall be 120% of peak capacity. Each boiler shall be staged for energy efficiency. The new boiler system shall have auto blow down and chemical feed. The new boiler system shall be tied to the existing BAS system, which is Johnson Control FX60. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to ryan.beard@gsa.gov
