- The purpose of this Pre-solicitation notice is to establish a Requirements type Contract for the repair of Oscillating Group for system APN-169 NSN:5955-01-158-1249CX. IAW government statement of work. Best estimated quantity of 8 each for basic year and 5 each for one option year. The government does not have or own a complete data package or testing equipment to compete and qualify a second source. INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES, INC, Cage Code: 50218, is the Only Responsible Source. No other supplies and/or service will satisfy agency requirements per FAR 6.302.
