- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. The Veterans Health Administration at American Lake, Tacoma, Washington is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide the following items: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: 1 each - McKesson MedCarousel System, Hardware and Software (1 Workstations, 8 Ft Carousels) item# 180S-8-16.25. CLIN 0002: 1 each - MedCarousel Workstation, item# 295033. CLIN 0003: 1 each - MedCarousel Pharmacist Check Station, item# 295033. CLIN 0004: 1 each - Installation and Implementation MedCarousel, item# N/A. CLIN 0005: 1 each - Fulfill-Rx, item# N/A. CLIN 0006: 1 each - Fulfill-Rx Cyclone License, item# N/A. CLIN 0007: 1 each - Installation and Implementation Fulfill-Rx, item# N/A. CLIN 0008: 1 each - Totes and Dividers, item# N/A. Vendor quotes shall include all freight charges. Deliveries of all items are desired no later than 60 days after receipt of order, FOB Destination. This is a Brand Name or Equal purchase. The McKesson MedCarousel System (Model# 180S-8-16.25) interface seamlessly with VistA, Robot-Rx, AcuDose-Rx, and Supply Management Online purchasing software. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. The selection resulting from this request for quotations will be made on the basis of technical (go/no go) and the lowest-priced quote from a responsible quoter with acceptable or neutral past performance. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. This procurement is unrestricted. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is VA-260-10-RQ-0452_1. The applicable NAICS code is 423450 and the small business size standard is 100 Employees. Offers are due no later than 17 March 2010 at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial (JAN 2004), applies to this acquisition.
