- Description
- This is a notice of intent to contract with Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) on other than full and open competitive basis for the procurement of an additional 7 shipsets, QTY 177 of the V-22 Improved Troop Seats, part number NGV422000-505. The effort will be procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements. The resultant contract will be awarded as firm-fixed price. IAI is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Improved Troop Seat. IAI is the only source that possesses the engineering and technical data required to perform this effort. Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with IAI at the following address: Golan Industries/ Army Division (IAI) Oren Kfir Ben Gurion Intl Airport LOD 70100.
