- Project consists of performing twenty-eight (28), Microscopic Particulate Analysis (MPA) tests on Forest Service water wells with hand pumps and chlorinated water systems installed. Provide written reports to USDA Forest Service on compact disc media and submit the reports to the State of Colorado, Department of Public Health and Environment and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Perform twenty (20) Sanitary Survey’s, on Forest Service water wells with hand pumps and chlorinated water systems installed. Provide written reports to USDA Forest Service on compact disc media and provide hard copy of report on forms provided by the USDA Forest Service. Perform MPA tests and Sanitary Survey’s per the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and The Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Requires valid Colorado and Kansas Class “B” or above Operator License. Location: Pike, San Isabel National Forests and Cimarron, Comanche National Grasslands located in Colorado and Kansas (mutiple counties). Period of Performance: 05/1/2010-09/30/2010 All solicitation documents will be posted to this website approximately 03/12/2010. Proposals will be due on approximately 04/09/2010, actual date will be listed in solicitation.
