- Bread 3rd Qtr FY 2010 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation, for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE BREAD. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates will be between 4/1/2010 and 6/30/2010, (with exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary-Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about 3/2/2010 and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is 3/11/2010 at 12:00 PM. Payment will be made using Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
