- Message Screen J&A/Sole Source The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to award a contract on a Sole Source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Mariner Systems, Inc., 575 Market Street, 40th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105-5805 for CF-1-5000-AS-PLATINUM Message Screen Platinum Subscription 4000-5000 user-Per User License. With Update Service and Technical Support, for a Base Year (12 Months), and CF-1-LX-350 Message Screen LX350 Appliance. NOTE: See Attached, Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. The supplies and services to be provided are commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212.1. The statutory authority of Other than Full and Open Competition is USC 2304 ( c) (1) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. Companies who can provide the above listed proprietary items must indicate their interest on or before March 12, 2010, 12:00 PM EDT via email to: narciso.cruz@nara.gov, or fax: 301-837-3227. Oral communications are not acceptable. Responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source contract. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210.
