- Janitorial and Related Services, Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse, 111 South 18th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68102-2077. The Request for proposal will be issued on/or about (o/a) 3/18/2010. Solicitation number is GS06P10GXD0009. Proposals will be due thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. This proposed action is set-aside exclusively for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Only a SDVOSB may submit a proposal for this procurement. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5 million. FSC code is S201. Contract award will be for a base year (365 days) and four (4) one (1) year options. Each option period will be 365 calendar days in length. The Government reserves the right to exercise the contract options based on Government need, market conditions, funds availability, and contract performance. This contract will be a Performance Based Acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, material, tools, supplies, supervision, management, and services to provide the work efforts for janitorial and related services at the Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse, 111 South 18th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68102-2077. Once the solicitation is issued, questions are due no later than 3 p.m. Central Standard Time fifteen (15) days prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals. The contractor will be required to comply with all HSPD-12 security requirements. Prior to contract award, contractors will have to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Firms can register at www.ccr.gov. Firms also either need to be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) or submit a manually completed section K of the solicitation with their proposal.
