- Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to provide annual grounds maintenance for the Wallops Command & Data Acquisition Station, 35663 Chincoteague Road, Wallops, Virginia 23337 in accordance with the statement of work in the solicitation. Period of Performance: April 1, 2010, or date of award, whichever is later, through March 31, 2011, with an option to extend performance for an additional two years. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is S208 and NAICS Code is 561730, small business size standard is $6.5 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned.
