Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Annually conduct, analyze and benchmark, among Army installations, resident satisfaction surveys to measure the effectiveness of the Army housing privatization, known as the Residential Communities Initiatives (RCI) program, and to recommend specific areas for the overall improvement of resident satisfaction through the use of strategic action plans. Recommendations will be in rank order of effectiveness of overall housing improvement, so as to maximize investment. The objective for conducting this annual resident satisfaction survey is to contribute to the Armys goals and objectives in support of the Army Soldier and Family Covenant. Please see the attached Scope of Work for the complete requirements. This solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 2 March 2010, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered sensitive, but unclassified documents and require users to have valid MPIN entered in the FBO systems to access package. Proposals are due on 12 March 2010 at 1:00 pm. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
