- Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for the following non-commercial supply: Pressure Cylinders in accordance with drawing 7021666 and all associated drawings, changes and specifications. This requirement is for Pressure Cylinders, NSN# 4T 1356-00-415-6713, CLIN 0001: Pre-Production Samples, Qty 25 complete assemblies plus 12 valves to be Government tested at NUWC Keyport. CLIN 0002: Base Quantity. CLIN 0003: Option Quantity 1. CLIN 0004: Option Quantity 2. CLIN 0005: Option Quantity 3. CLIN 0006: Option Quantity 4. The resultant contract will include a base plus four option quantities with stepladder pricing for Qty 300-500 and stepladder Qty 501-750. The solicitation number for this requirement when issued will be N00253-10-R-0012. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325920 with a size standard of 750. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Drawings referenced in this solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Contract Act and are ONLY available to vendor's/contractor's appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors/Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted drawings and technical information are available through FedBizOpps as an attachment to this solicitation. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 17 March 2010. The closing date of the solicitation will be 19 April 2010 at 1400 Pacific Standard Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. Quotes/Offers may be faxed to (360) 396-7036 or e-mailed to Amy Constant at amy.constant@navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading the Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at www.neco.navy.mil and frequently monitoring the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Offerors are also advised that representations and certifications must be completed electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
