- The purpose of this acquisition is to provide for the operation and maintenance of the government-owned ocean survey vessel (OSV) BOLD. The contractor will provide qualified ship officers and crew, operation, maintenance and technical support (ashore and afloat), equipment, tools, provisions and supplies, to operate, maintain and repair the vessel.
