- KOOCHICHING COUNTY, MINNESOTA The services provided by this contract consist of general cusdtodial services for Voyageurs Nation Park, International Falls, Minnesota. The contractor is to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to perform janitorial services at Voyageurs National Park.The government occupied space consistz of approximately 13,050 net usable square feet. The space to be cleaned includes following types and approximate quantities: Secondary corridors, 1,300SF, Lobbies and entrances, 955 SF, General offices, file rooms, libraries, conference room, lunchroom ande five bathrooms, 5,900SF. And, museum/Physical Fitness Area consists of approximately 1,070 net usable space.
