- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to procure on a sole source basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Liebert Environmental Control Systems and other Cooling Systems, as set forth herein: (1) Liebert Model BF102C-ADEI Challenger 3000 Environmental Control System (Qty 3 each) configured as follows: Nominal 5 ton downflow system, 460 voltage, 3 phase, 60 Hz, which includes insulated chilled water piping, 3-way modulating control valve, Liebert iCOM micropro! cessor w/large graphic display, factory balanced evaporator motor & blower package, electric reheat, infrared w/autoflush humidifier, locking disconnect switch, 2 inch (5cm) MERV 7 filter package, 2 hp motor, high efficiency motor, smoke sensor, 24 inch high floorstand, turning vanes, unit color Z-0420 - charcoal, services include one year parts only warranty & warranty inspection start-up; (2) Liebert CW026DCVA3, (Qty 1 each) 460 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase, which includes nominal 026 kw chilled water system, insulated chilled water piping, 3-way modulating control valve, iCOM control w/large display, display language is English, audible & visible alarms, premium efficiency motor VSD (3 HP), std -5,250 CFM fan w/.5 external static pressure, electric reheat, infrared humidifier, locking disconnect switch, smoke sensor w/unit alarm and shutdown, includes supervision contacts, MERV 7 filter package, iCOM service bracket, 24 inch high floorstand, turning vanes, main fan overload ala! rm, main color Z-0420 IBM charcoal, accent color Z-0420 IBM charcoal, includes one year parts only warranty and warranty inspection start-up; (3) Liebert CW041UCVA3 (Qty 1 each) 460 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase precision cooling system, nominal 041 kw chilled water system, insulated chilled water piping, 3-way modulating control valve, iCOM control w/large display, display language is English; audible & visible alarms, premium efficiency motor VSD (5 HP), STD -5,900 CFM fan w/1.2 external static pressure, electric reheat, infrared humidifier, locking disconnect switch, smoke sensor w/unit alarm and shutdown, includes supervision contacts, MERV 7 filter package, iCOM service bracket, 24 inch air distribution plenum w/duct collar top, main fan overload alarm, main color Z-0420 IBM charcoal, accent color Z-0420 IBM charcoal, services include one year parts only warranty and warranty inspection start-up; (4) Liebert CW041DCVA3 (Qty 1 each) 460 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase precision cooling system, nominal 041 kw chilled water system, insulated chilled water pip! ing, 3-way modulating control valve, iCOM control w/large display, display language is English, audible and visual alarms, premium efficiency motor VSD (5 HP), E9102-6150 CFM fan w/.5 external static pressure, electric reheat, infrared humidifier, locking disconnect switch, smoke sensor w/unit alarm and shutdown, includes supervision contacts, MERV 7 filter package, iCOM service bracket, 24 inch high floorstand, turning vanes, main fan overload alarm, main color Z-0420 IBM charcoal, accent color Z-0420 IBM charcoal, services include one year parts only warranty and warranty inspection start-up. There will be no written solicitation issued as a result of this notice. Respondees to this solicitation shall provide only brand name units - no substitutions allowed. In order to receive an award vendor must provide adequate documentation to substantiate he/she is an authorized Liebert distributor or reseller, be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA), not appear on the Debarred or Suspended List, and be able to bill electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. DFAR Clause 252.211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation applies to this procurement. These items shall be shipped to the Receiving Officer, 6620 Tisdale Road, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5114.
