- NSN 2540-01-322-3201, Part Number 12906868. The item to procure is a Box, Accessories Sto, used on the M109 Howitzer. This Mine Box Assembly consists of a hinged box with a cellular rubber seal and two positive lock fasteners riveted to box. The lid and box is aluminum alloy approximately 12.23 x 10.00 x 6.25 of welded construction. FOB is Destination. This will be a 5 yr Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract having a Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 280 assemblies (ay) and projected requirements of Ordering Period One (OP1) - 280 ay, OP2 453 ay, and OP3 453 ay, OP4- 453 ay, and OP5 153 ay and a Maximum Contract Quantity of 2,500 ay. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Estimated issue date is 04/05/2010. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
