Terms are FOB Destination with inspection/acceptance at origin or destination, as required. Some items have export controlled drawings available and some have complete technical data packages available through Cfolders. Some items require Contractor First Article Testing, some items require Government First Article Testing. Solicitation issue date is 3/31/10. A 100% Small Business Set Aside applies. A listing of the applicable NSNs is included as an attachment to this notice. All estimated demand quantities, min delivery order quantities and max delivery order quantities will be cited in the solicitation document.
