- RFP 10-112 package The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Healthcare Purchase Order for RN Services to be performed at the Fort Yates PHS, IHS Hospital in Fort Yates, North Dakota. The period of performance for base year will be from 4/1/2010-09/30/2010 with four one-year options. The Contractor shall perform according to the Statement of Work that is attached to this announcement. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. This is a part 12 combined synopses and solicitation in accordance with FAR 52.212. The closing date for all submission of offers is March 16, 2010 @ 3pm central standard time. If potential quoters are not able to access the attachments associated with this solicitation, please contact courtney.davis@ihs.gov or alternate contact carol.diaz@ihs.gov to make other arrangements for receiving the RFP. This is a small business set-aside.
