- F--Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide groundhog control at Codorus Creek LFPP, York, PA. Period of Performance shall be beginning 15 March 2010 through 14 May 2010 (work to be completed 60 calendar days from award date of purchase order). All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a site visit prior to submittal of bid. This visual inspection will more than likely have an effect on the way prospective bidders will prepare their estimate for the work to be performed. This requirement NAICS is 561710 and the size standard is $7.0 million. It is currently set-aside for small businesses only. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the statement of work included in the request for quotation bid package. Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a quote. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors; you must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to receive a government contract award. Bids can be submitted via e-mail or mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, 7th floor, Room 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. Available thru Federal Business Opportunities System (https://www.fbo.gov/index) The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 02 March 2010, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System (https://www.fbo.gov/index). To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here (http://www.nab.usace.army.mil/EBS/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf). Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
