- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0113 is issued as a synopsis/request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Flightline Electronics, Inc. DBA (Ultra Electronics) for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and description are: CLIN 0001 – Quantity 1 each, Part Number 5798-0550-001, RPC Upgrade Kit Part CLIN 0002 – Quantity 1 each, Part Number 5798-0589, Acoustic Receiver System, Software Version Description CLIN 0003 – Quantity 1 each, Part Number 5798-0029, Acoustic Receiver System, Interface Requirements/Interface Design Document CLIN 0004 – Quantity 1 each, Part Number 5798-0034, Acoustic Receiver System, Interface Control Document CLIN 0005 – Quantity 1 each, Part Number 6025-0029, Acoustic Receiver System, Interface Requirements/Interface Design Document CLIN 0006 – Quantity 1 each, Part Number 6025-0034, Acoustic Receiver System, Interface Control Document CLIN 0007 – Quantity 1, SHIPPING CHARGES to Naval Air Warfare Center, Patuxent River, MD Award is expected 29 March 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 12 March 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
