- F 999- Contractor to provide environmental monitoring, sampling and analysis services. The project includes the following tasks: development of a project Work Plan, basewide multi-media sampling and analysis, oil/water separator sampling and analysis, stormwater monitoring, and sanitary sewer sampling and analysis. Basewide multi-media sampling and analysis will include solid waste, hazardous waste, water quality, asbestos, lead-based paint, PCB oil, non-PCB oil, other base operation waste streams, etc. at The 914 Airlift Wing Niagara Falls ARS. The Contractor must be properly certified and qualified to collect and analyze the samples. Period of Performance: Basic year plus 4 option years. Potential offerors should download RFP (FA6670-10-R-0001). Tentative issue date on or about 17 Mar 2010 with RFP closing date 30 days thereafter. The NAICS Code is 541380 SB Size Std $12M. Firm fixed-price performance service based contract and Full & Open Competition. All quoters MUST be registered in CCR and also ORCA for award. The successful contractor will be selected using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the Best Value for the Government. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for any changes or updates.
