- N69450-10-Q-6334REPLACE AUTO LIFTS BLDG 470 B1006 AND B3778 NAS PENSACOLA,PENSACOLA FLORIDASYNOPSIS A.General requirements. It is the general intent of this solicitation to obtain all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials and supplies necessary to replace two (2) auto lifts at building 470, two (2) auto lifts at building 1006, and one (1) auto lifts at building 3778 of Naval Air Station Complex, Pensacola, FL by means of a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-a-side with an approximate release date of 11 March 2010 with a site visit date approximately on 18 March 2010.The NAICS Code for this proposed action is 238990, "All Other Specialty Trade Contractors," with the Small business size standard of $14 million. The Federal Supply Code is Z199, "Maint/Other Miscellaneous Buildings". The approximate start date for this contract is 19 April 2010. The magnitude of the requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. "Possible Performance Period" from; 04/19/2010 to 08/15/2010 B.Evaluation. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR part 13.106-2 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Evaluation of quotations or offers. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a) applies proposed solicitation number N69450-10-Q-6334.C. Registration: Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database with a DUNS number in order to participate in this procurement. For instructions on registering with CCR, please visit the website for CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at htpps://orca.bpn.gov. The government intends to issue this solicitation and the amendments for this solicitation/ request for quotes (FRQ) electronically by posting it on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) world wide website at https:// www.neco.navy.mil and the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Vendors should register with the CCR System, and complete their online reps and certs via the ORCA website, prior to submitting a bid/proposal/quote on the NECO site. Proposals will be due by 29 March 2010 at 1:00 PM (CDT). Amendments will be posted on the NECO website for downloading.
